A New Picture Fuzzy Entropy and Its Application Based on Combined Picture Fuzzy Methodology with Partial Weight Information

Picture fuzzy set (PFS) is more comprehensive tool than intuitionistic (IFS) for modeling the uncertain decision-making problems. In this paper, a new picture entropy measure proposed and proved that satisfies axiomatic definition of measures sets. Besides this, useful mathematical properties are also investigated. The justification established by discussing its particular cases compares it with existing measures. Then, case where criteria weights partially known, we used an entropy-based method to produce objective weights. For environment, TODIM (portuguese acronym interactive multicriteria decision-making) ELECTRE methods practical Based on advantages PFSs,TODIM, ELECTRE, integrated TODIM-ELECTRE combine prominent benefits these theories. We present model PFS environment express computing steps in brief model. Thereafter, superiority verified numerical example supplier selection through comparative study other methods.
